Screen Shot 15 of 20:  Activating with the Navigator

• The Navigator lists each sheet and form in a model with 
  a name, short name, and description.
• You can use the Navigator to browse all the sheets and forms
  in a model and select the one you want to activate.
• You can call up the Navigator by clicking a button on the main
  xlWorkbench toolbar or by pressing CTRL-G.
• You can tell xlWorkbench to activate the sheet or form in
  a new window automatically, which saves you from having to use
  Excel's New Window command.
