When a model's design mode is protected with a password, any
user who tries to enter design mode will be prompted to supply the
correct password.
Users who do not know the correct password are prevented
from entering design mode and thus prevented from adding or deleting forms,
changing the order of forms, creating and linking range reports, changing
form, range report, sheet, and model properties, and so on.
