Printing the Active Sheet or Form

1.1 Printing Sheets and Forms AWB provides two ways to print and preview sheets and forms: the Navigator and the “Quick Print” buttons. The Navigator is a full-featured tool for printing one to many items, while the Quick Print buttons give you immediate results for the current sheet or form with just one click.

1.1.1 The Navigator In Print Mode, the Navigator allows you to select multiple sheets and forms and then print or preview the selected items. As shown in Figure 4.5 , the Navigator lets you:

browse and filter descriptive lists of sheets and forms select items individually or in batches § save selected items for the next time you print or preview

You can access the Navigator to print or preview sheets and forms via:

the Navigator-Print button on the Main toolbar (See Figure 4.5 .) the CTRL+P keyboard shortcut § the Action | Print menu sequence

1.1.1 The Quick Print Buttons AWB’s Quick Print buttons immediately print or preview the current sheet or form. They function similarly to their counterparts in Excel, giving you a fast, consistent way to print from any position in a model. They are always available to you on the Main Toolbar. See Figure 4.5 .
